About the Role
You will own monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP close processes, perform reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance-sheet reviews, prepare payments, support reporting and audits, maintain general-ledger integrity, improve finance systems, and contribute to strategic projects.
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- 2–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience at technology or high-growth internet companies
- Experience at both early-stage startups and public companies
- Strong GAAP expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 or more years of Big 4 experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with crypto, Ramp, Brex, ERP, and automation tooling
- Excel fluency
- SQL skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance-sheet reviews
- Prepare payments and payment reconciliations
- Manage contract-related deliverables
- Support financial reporting, external audits, and internal controls
- Maintain general-ledger integrity
- Improve ERP and automation systems
- Collaborate on monetization, international expansion, product launch, and M&A projects
