About the Role
You will own the global accounting close and build scalable accounting operations. You will manage revenue and infrastructure accounting, audits, tax compliance, ERP implementation, cash management, working capital, and internal controls. You will establish accurate, auditable financial policies, schedules, and systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and ASC 842 lease accounting
- Experience with multiple entities, jurisdictions, currencies, consolidation, and intercompany activity
- Experience with financial statement audits and internal controls
- Experience with fixed assets, leases, CapEx, or long-term commitments
- Experience implementing, migrating, or improving ERP and financial systems
- Ability to build scalable accounting processes
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the global accounting close process
- Build automated reconciliations between billing, metering, invoicing, and deferred revenue systems
- Establish accounting policies for infrastructure spending and commitments
- Lead financial statement audits
- Manage tax filings, tax credit studies, sales and use tax compliance, and transfer pricing
- Implement and migrate enterprise ERP and financial systems
- Oversee cash management, banking, corporate cards, and accounts payable
- Manage working capital and infrastructure disbursements
- Design and enforce internal financial controls and governance policies
