About the Role

You will own tax compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including PFIC reporting, filings, elections, and disclosures. You will manage intercompany loans, transfer pricing documentation, reconciliations, and crypto treasury records. You will oversee statutory compliance, audits, payroll, accounts payable, and external accounting providers while proactively managing compliance risks.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification
• Relevant post-qualification tax and compliance experience
• 6+ years in Big 4 audit or consulting
• 2+ years of PFIC experience
• Strong international tax knowledge
• Experience with intercompany loan structures and compliance documentation
• Experience across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Experience overseeing payroll and accounts payable
• Experience managing external accounting providers
• Strong Excel skills
• Exposure to US Cayman Islands or Costa Rica structures preferred
• Exposure to crypto or digital asset treasury preferred
• Campfire experience advantageous

• Own tax compliance across group entities
• Manage PFIC reporting and international tax obligations
• Manage intercompany loan agreements balances settlements and documentation
• Oversee crypto treasury compliance and reconciliations
• Maintain visibility into cash and crypto positions
• Ensure statutory filings audits and regulatory requirements are met
• Oversee payroll and accounts payable processes
• Manage external accounting firms and outsourced finance providers
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks
