About the Role

You will plan and optimize regional field-marketing and account-based marketing programs. You will run events and targeted campaigns, manage budget and campaign measurement, collaborate with sales and marketing functions, maintain campaign attribution, and use performance insights to improve pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing or demand-generation experience
  • Event planning, logistics, vendor management, and onsite coordination experience
  • Experience designing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and C-level executives
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Marketing automation platform experience
  • CRM experience
  • Budget management and marketing ROI experience
  • ABM experience
  • Marketing analytics and reporting knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a North American regional field marketing strategy
  • Plan and host executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, webinars, and regional events
  • Build targeted campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and maximize ROI
  • Represent the business at industry conferences and trade associations
  • Design and implement ABM programs for high-value accounts
  • Partner with account executives on target accounts, messaging, and campaigns
  • Create direct-mail, gifting, and event engagement tactics
  • Develop campaign assets with content and product marketing
  • Use ZoomInfo intent data to prioritize investments
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reporting
  • Maintain campaign tracking and attribution in HubSpot and Salesforce
