About the Role
You will develop field marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals. You will plan and deliver hosted events, create engagement strategies, partner with sales on territory and account plans, measure program ROI, and mentor junior field marketers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology
- Experience partnering with sales leadership and account executives
- Experience managing multi-event portfolios
- CRM and marketing automation proficiency
- Salesforce proficiency
- Data analytics and event ROI measurement
Responsibilities
- Develop field marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals
- Plan and execute hosted events, trade shows, activations, and user conferences
- Build pre-event, event-day, and post-event engagement strategies
