About the Role
You will develop data-informed sourcing strategies, map technical-talent markets, identify and engage candidates, and cultivate long-term pipelines. You will use AI-powered workflows and automation to improve sourcing, advise recruiters and hiring leaders, optimize outreach through analytics, and document scalable recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Experience in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, GitHub, and sourcing platforms
- Experience influencing hiring strategy through market insights and talent intelligence
- Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions
- Experience using AI development environments or coding assistants to create repeatable sourcing workflows and process automation
- Experience building relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Experience evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies
- Recruiting analytics and data-driven sourcing experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and sourcing strategies
- Develop talent landscapes, market maps, and competitive intelligence
- Use sourcing platforms and channels to identify, engage, and attract technical talent
- Cultivate long-term relationships with specialized engineering talent
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations
- Create market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, and sourcing documentation
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategy and market insights
- Collaborate to optimize recruiting strategies, messaging, candidate experience, and operations
