About the Role

You will design, plan, and deliver community-engagement events in local markets. You will manage project plans, budgets, logistics, vendors, registrations, staffing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will establish scalable event processes, measure outcomes, and improve future events.

Requirements

7–10 years of event marketing or program management experience
Experience delivering complex executive and community-engagement events
Event logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, and budget administration knowledge
Program management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Luma and Salesforce

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute local community-engagement events
Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability
Develop event project plans, timelines, and budgets
Oversee event logistics, operations, venue sourcing, registration, staffing, and reporting
Manage vendors, contracts, and costs
Develop event metrics and recommend improvements
Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices
