About the Role

You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of owned, sponsored, virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. You will manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, analytics, and on-site delivery while aligning experiences with sales and marketing goals.

Requirements

• Have 10–15 years of experience leading strategic event, experiential, or field marketing programs.
• Demonstrate success building and delivering virtual, hybrid, and in-person event strategies.
• Maintain high standards for quality, brand consistency, and attendee experience.
• Have experience with immersive programming and experiential design.
• Lead vendor and partner selection, contract negotiation, and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of hosted experiences, sponsorships, and industry conference participation.
• Align event programming with sales goals and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, and Brand to deliver audience-specific experiences.
• Oversee agendas, venues, logistics, speaker coordination, format design, and post-event engagement.
• Manage virtual and hybrid events and select platforms for digital-first experiences.
• Define KPIs, track performance, forecast budgets, and report on ROI and strategic outcomes.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, costs, and brand consistency.
• Lead key events on site and support innovation in event formats, attendee experience, and technology adoption.
