About the Role
You will administer and optimize Coupa and Sage Intacct, serving as the subject matter expert for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes. You will manage procurement, supplier onboarding, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, integrations, service desk requests, access reviews, audits, and financial system enhancements while partnering with finance and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on administration experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows
- Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience supporting financial system integrations
- Familiarity with API-based integrations
- Experience implementing financial software or delivering major system enhancements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Coupa and Sage Intacct
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and accounts payable processes
- Support invoicing automation, accounts receivable workflows, and revenue recognition configurations
- Troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
- Manage finance-related service desk queues and resolve requests within team SLAs
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa, Sage Intacct, Stripe, and CRM systems
- Conduct access reviews and audits
- Maintain SOX compliance and least-privilege access models
