About the Role

You will design and operate enterprise risk management frameworks and control environments. You will maintain policies, controls, inventories, and executive risk reporting; support external engagements; and translate emerging obligations into practical governance structures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, or a related governance discipline
• Experience designing and maturing enterprise risk management frameworks and control environments
• Experience with policy, standards, and controls governance
• Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, or technology risk
• Experience engaging regulators, auditors, or enterprise customers
• Knowledge of AI risk, ethics frameworks, use-case evaluation, and emerging AI regulation
• Risk framework and control architecture design
• Inventory and registry management
• Executive risk reporting
• Cross-functional stakeholder influence

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the enterprise risk management framework
• Design, implement, and maintain controls and guardrails
• Operate the policy and standards issuance lifecycle
• Maintain risk, control, data, and IT asset inventories
• Enforce data-quality and governance standards
• Build executive risk reporting, metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences
• Represent risk governance topics to regulators, customers, and auditors
• Support risk-informed contract, agreement, and license negotiations
• Monitor emerging obligations and translate them into internal frameworks
