About the Role

You will develop the third-party management framework, policies, methods, and process documentation. You will manage the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, own relevant tools and data models, prepare management reporting, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve regulatory and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in business administration, business law, compliance, risk management, banking, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in third-party management, governance, risk, compliance, or process management, ideally in financial services.
  • Experience designing and developing frameworks, methods, policies, processes, or control mechanisms.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for third parties, outsourcing, governance, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the third-party management framework, policies, manuals, methods, and process descriptions.
  • Manage and improve the end-to-end lifecycle for third-party relationships.
  • Own and develop relevant tools, data models, the partnership register, and analyses.
  • Prepare management and governance reporting on partnerships, risks, and measures.
  • Act as a contact for third-party management stakeholders and collaborate with business, risk, and compliance functions.
  • Continuously improve third-party management processes.
