About the Role
You will handle AFC cases, identify suspicious transaction patterns, support KYC reviews and regulatory compliance, and assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious-activity reports. You will collaborate across operations, product, and support, improve customer processes, analyse AI-supported workflows, and onboard affiliate partners.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Interest in Bitcoin, startups, and operational processes
- Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Jira
