About the Role

You will lead strategic post-sale engagements for complex enterprise accounts. You will guide customers from implementation through adoption, measure business outcomes, manage risks, coordinate delivery, and identify opportunities to expand long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, strategic account management, consulting, or similar SaaS or enterprise technology roles
• Experience managing large, complex accounts
• Ability to influence Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
• Experience driving measurable business outcomes tied to KPIs
• Project management and organizational skills
• Experience supporting account expansion and renewal strategies

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic partner for enterprise customers across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned to customer goals and transformation initiatives
• Lead executive business reviews focused on outcomes, ROI, and roadmap alignment
• Coordinate with Implementation, Product, and Engineering to deliver deployments through go-live
• Establish governance, timelines, accountability, and risk mitigation across workstreams
• Drive adoption and change management
• Define, track, and communicate success metrics and executive insights
• Address performance gaps with structured action plans
• Identify expansion opportunities, build account roadmaps, and support renewals
• Align customer success with long-term business value and net revenue retention
