About the Role

You will develop, integrate, test, and deploy autonomy software on unmanned systems. You will build C++ and Python tools, troubleshoot software and hardware, support flight operations and demonstrations, analyze flight data, document procedures, and travel within Ukraine for field support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or computer science field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of software development and integration experience in robotics, autonomy, aerospace, embedded systems, or related fields
  • C++
  • Python

  • Hardware and software integration
  • Field or flight testing
  • MAVLink, PX4, ArduPilot, QGroundControl, or related unmanned systems technologies
  • Debugging distributed systems involving networking, sensors, radios, and onboard compute
  • Ability to travel within Ukraine

Responsibilities

  • Develop production-quality software for autonomous systems
  • Design, implement, debug, and maintain autonomy and mission software
  • Integrate autonomy software onto unmanned systems
  • Develop C++ and Python tools, automation, telemetry pipelines, and test infrastructure
  • Support software bring-up, system configuration, and flight readiness
  • Troubleshoot software, onboard compute, radios, networking, sensors, and flight controllers
  • Support simulation, ground testing, and live flight tests
  • Operate Ground Control Stations and mission support systems
  • Analyze flight and system data for root-cause analysis
  • Document test procedures, integration workflows, and deployment readiness
  • Travel to test sites and support field operations
