About the Role
You will design, implement, and debug Bluetooth, BLE, and Wi-Fi features across drivers and system services. You will build pairing and provisioning flows, optimize network performance, analyze connectivity issues, support certification, and contribute to fleet-scale telemetry and diagnostics.
Requirements
- Experience shipping wireless features on Linux-based products
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python or shell scripting
- Experience with systems debugging using gdb strace logs and packet traces
- Knowledge of Bluetooth Classic BLE and Wi-Fi standards
- Experience with BlueZ wpa_supplicant hostapd NetworkManager and driver bring-up
- Experience improving wireless performance and reliability under RF constraints
- Experience with LE Audio BLE Mesh advanced roaming QoS multicast UWB or mmWave is preferred
- Experience with EAP-TLS secure boot and network hardening is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design implement and debug Bluetooth BLE and Wi-Fi features
- Deliver pairing bonding and provisioning flows
- Optimize throughput latency jitter roaming coexistence and power modes
- Build network management using Linux networking tools and services
- Analyze connectivity using packet captures and diagnostic tooling
- Drive interoperability certification readiness and root-cause fixes
- Contribute OTA-safe configuration telemetry and diagnostics
