About the Role
You will serve as the strategic partner and right hand to the Chief Real Estate Officer. You will structure and execute joint ventures, institutional partnerships, lease agreements, land acquisitions, and financing transactions. You will lead negotiations, prepare investment committee and lender materials, perform underwriting and sensitivity analysis, coordinate across business functions, and monitor existing joint ventures and financing arrangements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in real estate finance, acquisitions, or capital markets
- Experience facilitating 9-figure transactions involving joint ventures, project finance, or complex credit facilities
- Institutional investor, lender, and C-suite communication
- Proficiency navigating PSAs, JV operating agreements, and loan documents
- Financial modeling
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Structure and execute complex capital transactions
- Lead negotiations on lease agreements and land acquisitions
- Support lender financings
- Prepare investment committee materials and lender packages
- Represent the Office of the Chief Real Estate Officer
- Conduct underwriting and sensitivity analysis
- Translate technical data into executive briefings
- Monitor joint venture and financing arrangements
