About the Role

You will support the underwriting, execution, and ongoing management of infrastructure multi-manager investments focused on co-investments and secondaries. You will conduct research, build financial analyses, coordinate transaction workstreams, prepare investment materials, present recommendations, and monitor portfolio investments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of infrastructure or private equity investment experience
• Experience in principal investment, secondaries, co-investment, or investment banking roles
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Quantitative capabilities and financial modeling experience
• Understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries
• Knowledge of infrastructure subsectors
• Familiarity with the infrastructure private equity manager universe and transactions
• Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of infrastructure investment transactions
• Conduct market research
• Develop financial models and analyses
• Coordinate commercial, legal, and tax workstreams
• Collaborate with deal team members and cross-functional resources
• Create investment memos
• Present investment recommendations to investment committees and clients
• Monitor and manage investments
• Cover GP relationships
• Prepare materials for performance review meetings
