About the Role

Serve as the strategic partner and right hand to the Chief Real Estate Officer, orchestrating the commercial and financial architecture of Crusoe’s real estate footprint across joint ventures, institutional financing, lease structures, land acquisitions, and AI infrastructure campuses.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in real estate finance, acquisitions, or capital markets.
  • Experience facilitating 9-figure transactions involving joint ventures, project finance, or complex credit facilities.
  • Ability to communicate with institutional investors, lenders, and C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency navigating PSAs, JV operating agreements, and loan documents.
  • Mastery of financial modeling.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Background in data centers, energy infrastructure, or industrial REITs is a bonus.
  • Prior experience at a top-tier private equity firm, investment bank, or real estate operator is a bonus.
  • JD, MBA, or MS in Real Estate Development is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and execute complex capital transactions, including joint ventures, programmatic platforms, and institutional real estate partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations on lease agreements and land acquisitions.
  • Support lender financings and prepare investment committee materials and lender packages.
  • Represent the Office of the Chief Real Estate Officer across internal and external forums.
  • Conduct underwriting and sensitivity analysis on complex deal structures.
  • Translate technical data into executive-level briefings.
  • Monitor existing joint venture and financing arrangements and anticipate refinancing needs or structural pivots.
