About the Role
You will lead operational procurement for OFCI equipment, critical services, and long-lead plant. You will establish sourcing strategy, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and commercial changes, reduce supply-chain risk, improve handoffs to operations, and build scalable governance, playbooks, and a procurement function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply-chain experience.
- Data centre, mission-critical, construction, or infrastructure experience.
- OFCI or MEP equipment procurement experience.
- Capital, construction, operating, and facilities-services contract experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Cost modeling, benchmarking, and total-cost-of-ownership capability.
- Procurement process and governance scaling experience.
- Cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Embed operability, serviceability, and total cost of ownership into sourcing and technical specifications.
- Standardize the OFCI operating model and RACI.
- Ensure asset-data continuity, warranty protection, and spare-parts availability.
- Execute global category strategies for OFCI equipment and critical operating services.
- Use market intelligence to optimize make-or-buy decisions and secure capacity.
- Structure and negotiate capital, construction, and facilities-services agreements.
- Own change orders, back-charges, and renewals.
- Establish supplier scorecards, QBRs, and escalation paths.
- Mitigate supply-chain risk through dual sourcing, capacity reservations, and compliance onboarding.
- Build and mentor a procurement team and scalable governance.
- Align stakeholders on cost, cash-flow, and capacity-schedule objectives.
