About the Role

You will own sourcing strategy, commercial relationships, and supply continuity for motors, gearboxes, magnetic assemblies, and related electromechanical systems. You will build a resilient supplier base, manage capacity and risk, negotiate improvements, and partner with engineering and manufacturing through development and production scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in global sourcing, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, commodity management, or procurement
• Experience sourcing motors, magnetic materials, gearboxes, actuators, or related electromechanical components
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing supplier performance
• Experience supporting new product introduction, production ramp-ups, and global supplier management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for motors and magnets commodities
• Secure supply continuity through supplier selection, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and dual sourcing
• Drive cost improvements through negotiations, value engineering, market intelligence, and supplier partnerships
• Build and maintain a global supplier network
• Ensure supplier performance meets quality, delivery, responsiveness, and operational requirements
