About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end development of flagship AI data center campuses, owning delivery, budget, and quality. You will manage site selection, entitlements, municipal negotiations, commissioning, risk mitigation, stakeholder relationships, EPC contracts, master project budgets, and multidisciplinary internal and external partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale real estate development
- Track record of delivering industrial, life sciences, or energy infrastructure projects
- Expertise in entitlements, environmental CEQA/NEPA processes, and utility interconnects
- Ability to influence C-suite, Board-level, and public-sector stakeholders
- Mastery of master scheduling
- Fluency in construction law, project finance structures, and engineering requirements for high-density infrastructure
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic execution of multi-billion-dollar AI campuses
- Own delivery, budget, and quality
- Drive site selection and entitlement strategy
- Manage municipal negotiations and final commissioning
- Represent Crusoe to government officials, utility executives, and community leaders
- Anticipate and mitigate macroeconomic, regulatory, and technical risks
- Collaborate with construction managers, engineers, and consultants
- Oversee EPC contracts and master project budgets
- Maintain fiscal discipline across capital expenditures
