About the Role
You will lead MEP execution for complex data center infrastructure projects. You will supervise construction activities, ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet schedule, budget, code, and quality requirements, coordinate inspections and commissioning, and manage project execution plans and logistics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of field experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Understanding of industry codes and standards
- Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, budgets, and project details
- Experience building relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, or similar construction management tools
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors
- Ensure MEP systems are installed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes
- Inspect materials, equipment, and construction deliveries
- Develop and implement execution plans, schedules, and logistics
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Coordinate testing and commissioning efforts
- Travel to multiple project sites as needed
