About the Role
Lead MEP execution for complex data center infrastructure projects, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet schedule, budget, code, quality, safety, and efficiency requirements while coordinating inspections, commissioning, execution plans, and logistics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of field experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Understanding of industry codes and standards.
- Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, budgets, and project details.
- Experience building relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, or similar construction management tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors.
- Ensure MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and construction or installation deliveries.
- Develop and implement execution plans, detailed schedules, and logistics.
- Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning efforts.
- Travel to multiple project sites as needed, up to 30%.
