About the Role

You will build and run political law compliance operations covering corporate PAC activity, political giving, pay-to-play preclearance, and public-official ethics. You will design workflows and controls, manage outside counsel and vendors, support broader compliance matters, deliver training, and oversee AI-assisted compliance workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on ownership of political law compliance programs or a comparable multi-jurisdiction regulatory program
• Experience building preclearance or disclosure workflows, registers, filing calendars, and controls
• Experience managing outside counsel and compliance vendors
• Working fluency in federal political law frameworks and state and local variation
• Project management and cross-functional execution skills
• Clear business writing
• Judgment and discretion with sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Own the political contributions preclearance program
• Support corporate PAC compliance operations and FEC reporting oversight
• Maintain political giving logs and contribution-vetting workflows
• Support lobbying compliance oversight
• Manage outside political law counsel and compliance vendors
• Run gifts and hospitality reviews involving public officials
• Review conflicts of interest and outside business activity matters
• Build training, guidance, policies, and procedures
• Own AI-assisted intake, screening, and case-management workflows
• Route legal questions to Policy Legal or outside counsel
