About the Role
You will identify case-specific risks, clarify them directly with corporate clients, and account for legal and regulatory requirements. You will assess business relationships and client transactions, produce precise reports, ensure due-diligence and tax-compliance obligations are met, and develop compliant solutions at the intersection of law and banking.
Requirements
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship, higher professional education, or degree in law or business administration
- Several years of experience in compliance, ideally in financial services
- Analytical and interconnected thinking
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for independent case management
- Fluent German and English
Responsibilities
- Identify case-specific risks and clarify them directly with clients in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assess business relationships and client transactions and write precise reports
- Ensure compliance with due-diligence obligations and tax compliance
- Develop targeted, compliance-compliant solutions at the intersection of law and banking
