About the Role
You will support certification and assurance programs, help translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and controls, and maintain compliance documentation. You will assist with audits, risk assessments, vendor risk management, training materials, and ongoing monitoring of regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or a related field
- Degree related to data privacy and compliance or equivalent work experience
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Project-management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with at least two listed ISO, SOC 2, or C5 frameworks
- Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR
- Technical aptitude for cloud security and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report compliance activities for existing and future certifications
- Review and update internal policies, procedures, and documentation
- Assist with compliance for GDPR, NIS2, the AI Act, and other regulations
- Support internal compliance reviews, audits, vendor risk management, and risk assessments
- Maintain compliance logs, registers, controls, and databases
- Develop internal documentation and compliance training materials
- Monitor emerging regulations and best practices
