About the Role
You will guide crypto product development from ideation through launch and enhancement. You will review product designs, communications, marketing materials, and operational processes; advise on regulatory requirements; build compliance frameworks; and support examinations, filings, testing, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 7+ years of financial-services experience, including supporting crypto products in compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations
- Experience with brokerage products
- Knowledge of AML, sanctions, and financial-crime compliance requirements for crypto products
- Experience advising on consumer protection requirements
- Experience advising on DeFi projects
- Understanding of MiFID requirements
- Project management experience in a regulated environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with global crypto regulatory frameworks, including MiCA
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations during crypto product design, testing, launch, and enhancement
- Advise on consumer protection, AML, sanctions, and financial-crime compliance requirements
- Develop compliance frameworks for new products
- Review product features, customer communications, and marketing materials
- Provide compliance guidance on regulatory developments and product issues
- Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, compliance testing, and monitoring
