About the Role
You will execute and coordinate commissioning activities, including planning, testing, verification, documentation, and handover. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, and life-safety testing; validate FAT, SAT, and IST results; and ensure readiness for energisation and integrated testing. You will work across construction, QA/QC, contractors, consultants, and operations to resolve technical issues, manage the transition to steady-state operations, and improve commissioning standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, or equivalent
- At least 7 years of data center commissioning experience
- Experience in commissioning and MEP engineering for data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience commissioning critical power and cooling systems
- Knowledge of commissioning processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with FAT, SAT, and IST testing
- Fluent English
- Ability to be located in Gumi
Responsibilities
- Execute commissioning activities through testing and handover
- Develop and manage project commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, and life-safety commissioning
- Align commissioning scope with design intent and operational requirements
- Perform testing, verification, and documentation for FAT, SAT, and IST stages
- Review commissioning reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and operations teams for energisation and integration testing
- Manage the interface between construction, QA/QC, and operations
- Resolve technical issues affecting functionality, reliability, and safety
- Support lessons learned and continuous improvement of commissioning standards
