About the Role

You will own recruiting processes from sourcing through offers, develop hiring strategies, partner with hiring managers, deliver a strong candidate experience, lead intake and interview processes, and report progress to managers and senior leadership. You will also help implement recruiting strategies and source candidates through specialized channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Business recruiting experience
  • Agency and in-house startup experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Experience sourcing through niche channels and diversity and inclusion events
  • Experience recruiting in London technology markets and the financial sector
  • Experience using ATS systems, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, social media, Gem, and GitHub
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fintech recruiting experience

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting processes from sourcing through offers
  • Develop strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to align priorities and objectives
  • Ensure candidates remain advised and well-prepared throughout the process
  • Lead intake meetings, interview team kickoffs, and candidate debriefs
  • Send weekly progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership
