About the Role
You will build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification. You will research target accounts and personas, run personalized multi-channel campaigns, conduct discovery conversations about data infrastructure challenges, and engage technical and executive buyers. You will hand off qualified meetings, meet activity and pipeline targets, and help shape territory strategy and pipeline processes.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development
- Curiosity about data infrastructure, AI, and technical products
- Ability to develop an understanding of change data capture, Kafka offsets, and exactly-once delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Track record of measurable over-achievement against goals or quotas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage startup
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting into target accounts
- Research accounts, industries, and personas to craft personalized outreach
- Prospect and qualify inbound interest
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and video
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover technical pain points and initiatives
- Engage data, engineering, and executive personas and hand off warm, well-qualified meetings
- Shape territory strategy and pipeline processes with founders and the go-to-market lead
- Hit or exceed activity, meeting-generation, and pipeline targets
