About the Role
You will validate billing data, process bulk imports, and generate accurate client invoices. You will resolve data issues, manage collections and billing enquiries, reconcile accrued revenue, support month-end close, analyze contracts for revenue recognition, and improve billing workflows with AI-enabled tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant billing experience
- Experience with complex billing datasets
- Revenue recognition knowledge
- Accrued revenue and month-end close experience
- AAT Level 4, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent experience
- Experience with NetSuite or YayPay
- Experience using Claude or other AI tools
Responsibilities
- Validate billing data and generate client invoices in NetSuite
- Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent billing data
- Manage outstanding balances through YayPay
- Respond to client billing queries
- Post and reconcile accrued revenue entries
- Support month-end close and revenue-recognition analysis
- Improve billing workflows with AI-driven processes
