About the Role

You will create sales orders and invoices, validate payment, pricing, shipping, and tax information, and resolve billing issues with customers. You will manage past-due follow-up and reconciliations, support reporting, process improvement, monthly close, audits, and ERP implementation.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience with customer sales orders, invoicing, and related processes
Proficiency in SAP ERP
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Communication skills
Organization, planning, and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks

Responsibilities

Create sales orders and customer invoices in ERP
Execute sales order, invoice, and credit-note transactions accurately and promptly
Set sales tax correctly in ERP and customer invoices
Resolve customer invoice and deliverable issues
Manage customer relationships and follow up on past-due balances
Resolve payment disputes, misapplied payments, and statement reconciliations
Support customer billing reporting
Improve sales order and billing processes
Support account setup, order quantities, payment terms, pricing, shipping terms, supplier codes, supplier portals, and tax items
Assist with monthly close activities, audits, and ERP implementation
