About the Role

You will lead end-to-end accounts payable operations across the procure-to-pay and ERP environment. You will improve processes, oversee payment and invoice workflows, introduce automation, maintain controls and reporting, and develop accounts payable team members.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of Accounts Payable experience in a comparable business environment using a P2P system integrated with an ERP platform.
• Experience with two-way and three-way PO matching, invoice exceptions, and vendor reconciliation.
• Experience leading system implementations, process improvements, and automation programs.
• Knowledge of non-USD and manual payment processing, Sales & Use Tax, VAT/GST, and Form 1099 requirements.
• Proficiency with P2P, ERP, and corporate spend-management tools.
• Analytical, reporting, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, Brex, Ramp, Navan, Workday, SAP, or Concur is preferred.
• A record of role stability and tenure in prior positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including payment processing, system implementations, process improvement, and optimization.
• Oversee two-way and three-way purchase-order matching, invoice exceptions, and vendor discrepancy investigations.
• Lead automation initiatives, including AI- and robotics-enabled solutions.
• Design and implement processes, roles, responsibilities, and controls.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Research, analyze, and resolve non-routine issues, discrepancies, and policy questions.
• Oversee non-USD and manual payments, tax compliance, Form 1099 issuance, and AP-related Treasury activities.
• Manage corporate card, travel, and expense reimbursement programs.
• Partner with HR and People teams on vendor and payment data in Workday.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Treasury, and business partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Accounts Payable team members.
• Uphold internal controls and approval protocols to safeguard against fraud.
