About the Role
You will manage and improve systems supporting identity device management and cloud infrastructure. You will build automation for account and device lifecycles troubleshoot technical issues review code write documentation and use AI-assisted tools to improve development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Site Reliability Infrastructure or related engineer
- Hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices with modern endpoint management tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini
- Experience coding or scripting with Python Swift Go Bash or PowerShell
- Methodical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Focus on improving employee-facing systems
Responsibilities
- Manage endpoint devices identity systems Okta Google Cloud infrastructure and Google Workspace
- Design and build tools that improve system functionality and efficiency
- Develop automation for device account and identity lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve escalations
- Review and write code
- Write clear documentation and follow engineering practices
