About the Role

You will administer go-to-market business systems such as Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, and Workato. You will build Salesforce automation, enhance systems for post-sales functions, translate requirements into specifications, lead implementations, and maintain documentation for systems and integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations or business systems
  • Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience
  • Expertise with Salesforce and go-to-market automation tools
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and processes
  • Ability to build efficient and scalable solutions
  • Structured thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts
  • Autonomous problem-solving and execution

Responsibilities

  • Administer go-to-market business systems
  • Build and deploy Salesforce automation flows validations and applications
  • Enhance systems supporting Customer Success Account Management and Solutions functions
  • Analyze business requirements and systems capabilities
  • Write specifications for systems builds
  • Run end-to-end implementations
  • Maintain documentation for systems builds and integrations
