About the Role

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards used in mining equipment. You will investigate failures with other departments, share repair techniques, inspect specialized tools, read circuit diagrams, analyze wiring, and work with integrated circuits, chips, and electronic components. You will also support additional technical projects as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of repair experience
  • Experience soldering precision components
  • Confidently use oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air stations
  • Strong electrical knowledge
  • Ability to learn advanced circuit board troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to solve technical challenges independently
  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and critical thinking
  • Goal-oriented approach and willingness to tackle new challenges
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 15–30 pounds
  • IT background or technical training is a bonus
  • Experience with digital and analog circuits is a bonus
  • Experience with Lyra, Excel, and software testing programs is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Work on SealMiners, Air and Hydro A2 and A3 equipment, and power supply units
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards
  • Investigate equipment failures with other departments
  • Share repair techniques and troubleshooting best practices
  • Maintain and inspect soldering irons, heat guns, oscilloscopes, and other repair equipment
  • Read circuit diagrams and analyze wiring
  • Work with integrated circuits, chips, and electronic components
  • Support additional projects as needed
