About the Role
You will provide emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and technical support for robotics systems at customer worksites. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and service operations to resolve issues, track service outcomes, document work in the CRM, and travel frequently to local clients.
Requirements
- Experience delivering reliable and responsive field service
- Experience supporting specialized and complex platform technology
- Customer management and communication skills
- Experience achieving service metrics such as resolution time, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Experience repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment
- Experience using power tools and specialized equipment
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and technical support
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to resolve customer issues
- Deliver customer satisfaction, fast issue resolution, and first-time fixes
- Document service administration activities in the CRM
- Travel to local clients up to 80% of the time
