About the Role
You will provide technical support for mobile-robotics products, troubleshoot issues through tickets, remote support, and customer visits, and perform commissioning and repairs. You will deliver customer workshops, coordinate with support, development, sales, and product management, transfer knowledge to partners, and manage escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or state-certified technician qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable field
- 3–5 years of customer-support and field-service experience
- Robotics and automation technology experience
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 60%, primarily in Europe and North America
- Class B or internationally valid driver’s license
- German and English fluency
- Programming-language knowledge, such as ROS, is desirable
- SAP experience is desirable
- Linux experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to global customers
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues through tickets, remote support, and on-site visits
- Conduct commissioning, repair visits, and customer workshops
- Coordinate between customer support, development, sales, and product management
- Transfer knowledge to international partners and subsidiaries
