Senior Analyst Workday Integrations and Reporting

About the Role

You will own Workday integrations and reporting, build and maintain data exchanges, develop reports and dashboards, monitor and troubleshoot integrations, support release testing, and maintain governance and documentation. You will also guide stakeholders on reporting tools and integration impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience
• Knowledge of Workday reporting tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
• Knowledge of calculated fields, dashboards, analytics, and reporting security
• Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, and data exchange
• Experience with custom XSLT transformations
• Experience with change management and testing cycles
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Own Workday integrations and reporting operations
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and vendor file feeds
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external providers
• Develop Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics
• Monitor integrations and resolve downstream-system issues
• Perform release regression testing and validation
• Triage and resolve HRIS requests through ServiceNow
• Maintain data governance, controls, documentation, and runbooks
• Train stakeholders on reporting tools and integration impacts
