About the Role
You will own Workday integrations from design and configuration through deployment and production support. You will maintain data integrity, govern releases and migrations, advise stakeholders on integration design, automate business processes, and support connections with external HR platforms.
Requirements
- 8 years of general Workday experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
- Experience with Workday Studio, Orchestrations, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, REST, and SOAP
- Knowledge of Workday data models and business processes across Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Security
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and SQL
- Experience debugging integrations, managing API authentication, encryption, certificates, SFTP, and data exchange frameworks
- Experience working in global environments with multi-region data flows and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Workday integration pipeline
- Ensure data integrity across inbound and outbound integrations
- Build mapping, transformation, and validation processes
- Govern code migrations, production support, and Workday release cycles
- Perform impact analysis and regression testing
- Advise stakeholders on integration design patterns and best practices
- Extend Workday through Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process automation
- Maintain integrations with Greenhouse, HireVue, and other external platforms
