About the Role
You will manage candidate logistics and communications while balancing recruiter, hiring-manager, and candidate needs. You will operate and improve the ATS, maintain recruiting reporting and dashboards, launch recruiting programs and tools, resolve process bottlenecks, and keep talent-operations systems integrated.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent operations, or a related coordination role.
- Recruiting operations systems, tooling, ATS configuration, and enablement experience.
- Communication skills.
- Reporting and dashboard-building skills with an understanding of core recruiting metrics.
- Experience launching a program or process and driving adoption.
- Ashby experience, especially ATS implementation or migration experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate logistics and communications.
- Operate, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Ashby ATS.
- Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards.
- Design and launch recruiting programs and tools.
- Run enablement sessions for recruiters and interviewers.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Maintain integrations across ATS, scheduling, and sourcing tools.
