About the Role

You will support day-to-day recruiting operations, systems, data, and programs. You will maintain ATS workflows and data, build reports and dashboards, improve processes, coordinate projects, and create recruiting documentation. You will also support talent-branding initiatives, recruiting events, and early-career hiring programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, talent operations, recruiting analytics, or a related area
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and recruiting workflows and data
  • Experience organizing and analyzing datasets and identifying trends or inconsistencies
  • Experience building and maintaining recruiting reports, dashboards, or recurring analytics
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivots, lookups, and larger datasets
  • Strong project and program coordination skills
  • Experience improving processes or workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with others
  • Experience with Ashby or another modern ATS is preferred
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools, data visualization, or workflow automation is preferred
  • Experience supporting recruiting programs, employer branding, events, university recruiting, or intern hiring is preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support recurring recruiting workflows, programs, and projects
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, documentation, and ways of working
  • Coordinate recruiting projects from planning through execution
  • Support ATS workflows, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and process improvements
  • Create and maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and operational resources
  • Maintain and analyze recruiting and ATS data
  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and recurring reports
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Support talent branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, conferences, and events
  • Support intern and early-careers recruiting activities and program operations
