About the Role
You will coordinate interviews across hiring stages, communicate with candidates and interviewers, and partner with People, Talent, and Hiring teams to maintain recruiting operations. You will improve scheduling tools and workflows, use recruiting systems and data, refine high-volume coordination processes, and lead initiatives that enhance candidate journeys.
Requirements
- Several years of recruiting coordination or talent-operations experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Data-management skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using and building AI tools to optimize workflows
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across all hiring stages
- Deliver timely candidate communication and resolve scheduling issues
- Partner with People, Talent, and Hiring teams to maintain recruiting operations
- Improve interview scheduling, recruiting tools, and workflows
- Use recruiting data and reporting to improve processes and decisions
- Lead initiatives that enhance recruiting operations, diversity and inclusion, and candidate journeys
