About the Role
You will support global talent-management programs, performance cycles, talent reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development. You will analyze talent data, partner with HRIS and stakeholders, coordinate programs and communications, develop employee-facing materials, provide system support, and identify improvements to talent processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in talent management, human resources, organizational development, or related functions
- Experience with performance management, talent reviews, employee assessments, leadership development, or similar initiatives
- Project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience creating training materials, communications, presentations, or employee-facing resources
- Ability to translate data and insights into recommendations
- Communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a global cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR business partners and stakeholders to implement talent-management programs
- Collaborate with HRIS to improve talent processes and employee experience
- Coordinate the global performance-management cycle
- Support talent reviews and Talent Dialogue processes
- Support competency, skill, leadership, and 360-degree feedback assessments
- Analyze talent data and trends for development and succession planning
- Co-lead leadership-development programs and coordinate program delivery
- Support team-effectiveness and employee-development initiatives
- Develop communications, presentations, and program materials
- Provide talent-program guidance and system support to stakeholders
