About the Role
You will create, review, update, and process purchase orders in NetSuite. You will validate purchasing data, monitor approval workflows, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, report processing metrics, and improve PO-desk processes while meeting service standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement operations, purchase-order processing, or procure-to-pay experience
- NetSuite ERP experience with purchase-order creation and procurement modules

Responsibilities
- Create, review, and process purchase orders in NetSuite
- Validate vendor information, pricing, quantities, coding, and documentation
- Update purchase orders for quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate NetSuite records and data integrity
- Coordinate purchase-order creation, updates, and status tracking
- Monitor approval workflows and follow up with approvers
- Resolve purchase-order discrepancies with procurement, finance, and accounts payable
- Track and report purchase-order processing metrics
- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives
- Prioritize competing requests and meet deadlines
