About the Role

You will serve as a primary contact for enterprise-client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions. You will assist with client onboarding and account support, communicate product updates, collect feedback, track performance metrics, analyze trends, provide insights, and work with internal functions to address client needs and escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of client-servicing experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise payments.
  • Familiarity with payment-processing technologies and global domestic payment systems.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work US shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM IST.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing account support.
  • Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry developments.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services.
  • Track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Tech functions to address client needs and manage escalations.
