About the Role
You will advise on product legal matters from design through launch, providing practical guidance that supports product development. You will streamline legal review for AI product integrations, data partnerships, licensing, procurement, reseller, marketplace, customer, and vendor agreements. You will learn the technical details of generative AI products, track legal and policy developments, translate them into product guidance, and implement scalable legal enablement and automation practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including in-house experience at a fast-paced technology company
- Experience advising product development leaders and executives, especially on intellectual property and privacy
- Experience closing partnership and go-to-market deals
- Experience providing practical recommendations to senior leaders
- J.D. and admission in good standing with at least one state bar
- Demonstrated interest in AI or creative tools
