About the Role
You will advise product teams from early ideas through launches, support subscriptions and enterprise offerings, draft user-facing legal materials, and coordinate specialist legal guidance. You will build playbooks and AI-powered workflows and support product incidents and escalations.
Requirements
- Law degree and local in-house counsel licensing eligibility
- At least 4 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience advising business or product teams
- Knowledge of consumer protection, privacy, advertising, marketing law, technology transactions, IP, or regulated industries
- Ability to learn AI product technical concepts
- Clear legal recommendation and writing skills
- Experience using AI tools in legal work or interest in learning
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance to Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams
- Review consumer and enterprise product launches
- Advise on subscriptions, pricing, promotions, billing, consumer protection, and marketing
- Support enterprise and regulated-industry products
- Draft and review user terms, disclosures, product copy, and marketing claims
- Coordinate privacy, commercial, IP, safety, and other legal specialists
- Build guides, templates, and AI-powered legal workflows
- Support incidents and escalations
