About the Role

You will counsel Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through launch. You will embed privacy, compliance, AI transparency, and risk considerations into product development; advise on product-feature requirements; develop scalable review processes; and monitor emerging AI regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience
• Experience at a large international law firm and in-house at a technology company
• Experience advising product and engineering teams on new product development
• Working knowledge of privacy, AI regulatory frameworks, consumer protection, and intellectual property
• Ability to partner with technical teams
• Analytical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Counsel Product and Engineering teams from concept through launch
• Integrate compliance, privacy-by-design, and AI transparency principles into product development
• Advise Agent Development teams on legal requirements for product features
• Develop product review processes, launch checklists, and self-service guidance
• Advise on emerging AI-specific regulations
• Implement AI governance policies and frameworks with the privacy team
• Monitor legal developments affecting AI products and advise product leadership on risks and design implications
