About the Role
You will own healthcare AI solution delivery, adoption, and expansion for enterprise customers. You will build and optimize agents for healthcare workflows, define AI transformation roadmaps with executive stakeholders, manage trust and compliance requirements, direct delivery partners, and improve the product from deployment feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience
- Knowledge of healthcare operations
- Technical acumen in AI agent design
- Experience in regulated, security-reviewed environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA, BAA, PHI minimization, SOC 2, or HITRUST
Responsibilities
- Own AI transformation and technical deployment for healthcare opportunities
- Serve as an executive partner to customer leadership
- Design, build, and optimize agents for healthcare workflows
- Manage PHI, consent, clinical escalation, guardrails, and compliance evidence
- Develop reusable healthcare frameworks and playbooks
- Direct agent deployment engineers and partner teams
- Feed deployment insights into Product and Engineering
